If you lose a tooth or have to have a tooth pulled you may want to consider a dental implant. Dental implants are replacement tooth roots. How it Works

Consultation – Call our office for a free consultation. Our dentist will meet with you and take an x-ray of the area (free of charge) to analyze needs.
Treatment Plan – Our dentist will create a custom treatment plan including all implants, bridges, and any other requirements.
Schedule Appointment – Our office assistants will schedule an appointment at your convenience.
Payment – At the beginning of your appointment you will meet with our finance specialist to discuss payment options. Financing is available OAC.
Implant Placement – Placing a single implant will generally take 30-60 minutes. Bone grafts, extractions, or sinus lifts may require additional fees and time.

Post Op Appointment – A week after the implant placement our dentist will make sure everything is healing correctly and remove the sutures.
Placing Abutment & Crown – The crown will generally be created and placed 3 months after the implant in a single appointment which will generally take about 2 hours. The dentist will make sure it fits comfortably and looks natural.

We recommend implants only for patients ages 16 and up that have finished their growth.

Flipper – A flipper tooth is an optional, temporary denture used to fill in any visible gaps during the time it will take to heal, and is available at an additional charge.

Anesthesia – Most patients only require local anesthesia for this procedure, which won’t make you nauseous and doesn’t prohibit you from driving yourself home. However, nitrous gas or IV sedation is available for an additional charge.

Dr. Sant has a passion for implant dentistry. He has invested many hours in research of the very best techniques for ideal implant placement. He has placed many implants during his time in residency and private practice. As a result of his implant efforts, Dr. Sant was invited to oversee implant placement as a clinical instructor for an implant seminar with a leading implant distributor; where he assisted dentists with placing implants for the first time, as part of a hands-on learning experience. Dr. Sant has a strong passion and desire to create an exceptional experience for patients and loves to serve the community through dentistry. One of his favorite dental experiences has been providing dental exams for the Chicago Cubs during spring training in Mesa, AZ. Dr. Sant is a member of the following dental organizations: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Arizona Dental Association and the Spear Academy.
